Austrian Supper Club

Join us for a celebration of Austrian cuisine as we join forces with Private Chef Dominique Goltinger. Dom's menu will be paired with a flight of some of our favourite Austrian wines, an evening to warm you on a cold January Night!

Dominique was born in Oberndorf near Salzburg (where Silent Night was written!) before moving to Tokyo and grew up cooking and working with his Austrian dad who had restaurants in Tokyo, his is ex-head chef of Little Walcot, Eight Stony Street, At The Chapel, Maremma and the renowned Bistro Bruno Loubet at the Zetter Hotel.

Dominique will be brining 4 delicious Austrian inspired courses, all matched with some incredible wines from the often overlooked wine regions of Austria.
